Wound of Briccius I am not even sure where to begin with an album like Roads To The North. Although probably not intended as such, I always got the feel of something like "Western Metal". But regardless, the drums and riffs are unique, and each have just a sound and feel that I can't quite describe. This is absolutely an album that you just need to hear in order to understand. Roads To The North is an absolute gem. Favorite track: The Echoes Of A Disharmonic Evensong.

klflick1980 This is some of the most emotionally moving metal I've ever listened to. I'm primarily a death metal and thrash fan but this album opened me up to a whole new world. I've been playing this one at least once a day for a week. I will be researching the entire discography, no question. Favorite track: The Long Road Part 2: Capricious Miles.

Marcel Faust This is still and by far one of the best black metal albums I've ever heard. It's rough, it's pure, it's cold and emotional to a point where everything starts to overwhelm you at once.
The bluegrass influence was new for me but it made it even more credible. Listen to The Long Road Part 1-3 and tell me your not stunned and blown away by this sheer amount of melancholic storytelling. Favorite track: The Long Road Part 3: The Sigh Of Summer.
